Empire Digital products totally ripped me off.  I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but I want to warn others too.  I bought a copier from them and the thing didn't work from day one.  It had oil all smeared inside and they told me it was new!   I paid an outrageous amount of money for it and I'm still paying because you can't get out of your lease after they rip you off.  They are total con artists and told me story after story.  Scott is a liar, and the entire office is staffed with liars.  Don't do business with these con artists!

On a scale of A+ to F Reason for Rating BBB Ratings System Overview

What I do not understand is that the lies submitted can immediatley be countered with documentation such as the above proof that we are in-fact an accredited business with the BBB.

Chris Kinsley a former salesman who has worked for me at a company called CCP Solutions has written this, and oddly enough he writes the exact same thing against CCP Solutions. Not a coincidence just a disgruntled unhappy man recovering from a bad drug problem and a long stint in prison. It stinks to say but people in this industry continue to become worse and worse.

Worry about yourself and bettering your own situation not trying to worsen other peoples. Thank you and I look forward to continuing to grow and experience great success with happy customers all of whom trust us!!

They say they have no complaints with the BBB- they are not listed on the BBB. By the way you get on the list @ BBB is by paying an annual fee.

I have let go a total of 1 salesman in the last three years and he is no longer in the copier business. Again this can be documented. Before you claim you are an ex-employee and begin your web of incoherent lies, maybe there should be a little bit of research done. I truly hope you realize what your doing is unjust and slimey, and for what? I run a real business not a chop shop, but then again if your not capable of doing such then why wouldnt you resort to these tactics.

We do a preliminary phone call prior to any deliveries were all information regarding make, model, service, payout and more are confirmed - this then must be confirmed by the leasing company with the client prior to funding. Please back-up your case or stop submitting lies!!!

My name is Scott Brodsky, I am the owner and founder of Empire Digital Products.

My company has experienced a tremendous growth period. This is in part to our mission of reducing monthly overhead pertaining to office equipment, but mainly in part to INTEGRITY on all transactions we perform with ALL of our customers. This complaint is absolutely nothing short of a tactic by another dealer who has a reputation of pursuing companies this way when he loses out on a deal to them.

It's classless, and nothing shy of desperate.

The worst part of it is that it is all a LIE. We are currently and accredited business on the better business bureau and have a total of ZERO complaints. On top of such out of the many service calls that we recieve and document none of them imply anything about oil smeared inside a copy machine. This is done also in part to the fact that I am currently housing a sales rep that worked for the company that likely performed this. I have hundreds of accounts, no complaints and run my business clean and with INTEGRITY.

The same party has been doing this to many other dealers, and I will no longer be involved in these petty games. After all some of us put our time towards continued growth and success while other devote there time to childish games. Thank you, and please realize when reading this, that it is 100% a LIE.

Now that Lesser's over there it can only get worse.  I'm just glad I got out of there.  Their way of doing business was already shady.  Then came in Ross and everyone in the business knows that guy is a con artist.   He's also been employed by more copier companies than anyone in the business.  I don't think he's got anywhere to go after he burns Empire.  I expect to see him on a NYC street corner schilling 3 card monte by next year.  I've moved on.   Scott and Ross belong together.  But it won't last long either.  I feel sorry for their customers.  People not in this business just don't know.
