In my situation their representative acted very unprofessionally and insulted my insurance agent when they inspected my roof and found no hail damage.
I just received a notice that my policy which I have had for over 10 years won't be renewed.

Here's why I wrote this You sir are blaming Empire for the actions of your insurance company who droped your coverage after 10 years of payments because you made a claim ? Maybe you should have filed this report against your insurance co.
And also if the empire man representing you was fighting for you to be treated fairly then you should thank them . They are not the ones that canceled you .
Please take it from me they are 100% doing us the consumer a service needed. And take out your frustrations on the ones to truly blame your insurance company's
