Hire Empire Today to install wood floor in the hallways and bedroom. Paul senior project manager came to my home. I have tried to call him many times and no response. They sent out Kimbra Floor LLC. The workers did not even speak english. Floors were installed. Not professional at all. Not a good job installing the wood floors. They have damage walls, trim, doors. Even thing is destroyed. Called Empire Today and spoke to Melissa Kangan. Sent pictures to her. She did not care. She only offered $200 for repairs. That is not enough. The contractor was paid with a bank check and he lost the check. Now, I had to paid $37 to cancel the check. I have to wait 10 days to recieve a new check to pay them. Now, I have to spend more money to fix all the damages that they cause in my home. They don't want to send any one out to look at the damages. They don't even want to comprise on the price. Don't ever deal with Paul Cheirman senior project manager. He does not know how to his job. Paul never return any phone calls and never came by to see what happened... They are all crocks and don't care.
