You've probably seen Empire Today on your tv lately.... you know that amazing next day installs they advertise? Well, have i got a story for you. My MOTHER dropped 6000 dollars on hardwood floors for our stairs. They said friday and sat and done. Cool for three floors right? too good to be true. Well, they say they need a part. They get the part, but it was the wrong one two weeks ago. Its been three weeks, and my goddamn floors still arent done, the sales people aren't calling us back, and i havent heard from the company.
