Last June 2012,I met a guy on dating site(Tagged) from Melbourne Australia, namely Frank James Spencer and he told me that I can apply to get a job in Australia. He introduced me his Filipina friend namely Elie Gomez(working in Sydney as a Manager in Grace Hotel).I dont know if it true that she's really a manager. So,me and Elie chatted in yahoo messenger and she's the one who gave me the website. She told me that I can sent my Cv to the Employment Asia Center and she and Frank will helped me to follow up my application there. But the Regional Office of that agent is in Cambodia, and all my documents and payment will be send directly to Phnom Penh,Cambodia through Western Union or Moneygram.I used Western Union for payment transaction. The Head Office is in Australia.
I sent my Cv to the email that they gave to me.And last September 28,2012,the agent sent me an Employment Application so that they can reviewed what job is suitable for me. [continued below]....
The agent say it takes 3-4 months the processing of my work visa and I have to wait.Last January 4,2013,I received an email from the agent together with the attachment from Australian Government Department of Immigration and Citizenship in Adelaide that my visa application has been accepted and was on processed.Sign by John Anderson,Adelaide Skilled Processing Centre(ASPC)with telephone number +61-1300 364 613.
When the agent told me that my visa was ready to be transferred here in Australian Immigration here on Hongkong,I have to pay for the tranfer fee worth US$520,I payed again. They told me that I will wait for the call of the Australian Immigration here to picked up of my visa but I did not received any call. So,I decided to email the Australian Immigration here in Hongkong and they cannot locate my visa application and maybe the Immigration in Adelaide has not yet forwarded my visa.I contacted via emailed the Australian Immigration in Adelaide but no replied.I even sent them a letter, but still no replied either.Last March 1,2013,my yahoo mail that I used for emailing them has been hacked and I forgot the security questioned, thats why until now I cannot opened it, but lickily all the attachment and information i saved it.
Lastly,April 2013,the agent told me due to high volume of work visa application in Australian Immigration there is a caused of delay and if I want to rushed my work visa to be released soon I have to pay again, US$500 for the Australian Immigration to enable them to released my work visa and US$180 for the payment of courier.Last payment to be made.I paid. But until now there is no visa issue has been send to me.I have to go to Austalian Immigation here in Hongkong to report this too,But at this very moment I have no time yet because i have work.I emailed the Australian Immigration here in Hongkong but its better to go to the office personally and bring all the documents and information that I have.
It cost a fortune and that is hard-earned money.i don't want them to victimize other people.I hope you can help me about this.I really appreciate it.Thank you.
