I was given another number to call,(1-866-341-6672). It was disconnected. I tracked them down to another location and made the same request for a refund. They told me to send my bank statement with all my activity. I blacked out all but their withdrawal. It didn't seem right to ask me for that info.
Still nothing. I then had a lawyer contact them on my behalf through Prepaid Legal. To no avail. This has been going on since 09/21/04. All I want is my money back. This is ridiculous that this company has not been sued and put out of business.
