Encore Financial Resources tricked, scammed, cheated, dishonest, fradulent billing, Salt Lake City Idaho

They called me and asked if i wanted a credit card to help establish better credit, so i listened to them and they told me if i put $169.95 in my bank account they would send me a visa credit card with a 5,000 dollar limit on it so i thought it would be a good idea, i need a fridge and a washer and dryer before my baby comes and i told them all my information and told them i would have the money in the bank by the 22nd of march and they could take it out then and send me my card.

And just to remind you this was the 14th of march so a few days later i got a letter in the mail letting me know there was a bounce fee for 169.95 which was their fault they went BACK to the 2nd of march and took the money out of my account which wasn't there. so i called them and they told me that the fee they told me was only for a lifetime membership on their website, and that the lady i talked to somehow went back to the second and took it out of my account, and i never even talked to this company before the 14th of march. So now i am screwed and have to pay a bounce fee for their mess up. But their not getting their money. I am paying the bounce fee and changing my account. This company should get sued for fraud.
