This company has the same executive staff and directors from Certified Merchant Services...  Not sure who Certified Merchant Services "WAS" -- well, take a moment and google it.  You will find that in 2002 the FTC filed a complaint against the company (The first of its kind) and placed the business under Federal Receivership (That means the principals of the company lost control of the decision making process).

In 2004 the principals of this company paid around $24 million dollars to resolve the matter and then sold / dissolved the company.

Guess what -- Encore has the same business model, the same executive staff, and since old habits die hard they could honestly be defrauding their customers the same way Certified Merchant Services did.

I am working on a story for the media and am interested in hearing from Current or Former employees of Encore, Prodigy, or Momentum; I am looking for the good just as much as the bad, so even if you have nothing but positive comments to make please still take a moment and send me an email.
