Endeva misleading advertisements, not allowing you to ask questions, avoiding answering any questions asked Nottingham, UK

Advertisements claim that Endeva is "Recession Proof". They invite you for a first interview, at which you are not allowed to ask any questions, you are told that you can ask questions if you come back for a second interview.

At second interview you given a form which makes reference to a "1 day trial" and are then sent off into Nottingham with someone who Endeva claims to work for them, for whom you are only given a first name and shown no identification for. They also try to avoid questions until out of earshot of the Endeva offices. I was told that we were going on a train to a residential area to do some "Face to Face Markerting" (better known as door knocking). This was never mentioned in any advertisement for this company or at any point when I asked what positions were available.

I did not stay around to find out any more. They had already wasted too much of my time and more importantly I was not going to an unknown destination with someone I didn't know.

I would not encourage anyone to attend an interview with Endeva, wherever they are located.
