Endicott Nissan/Gem - Kim Hanover - Scammer Dealer! Sells used cars out the back door, Pompano Beach Florida

This man Alex Di Musto had a gem car business in Delray Bch. and sold many cars to people in the State of Florida without a dealers license and I have received many phone calls about him and how can they get their gem car repaired correctly to run again. This man stole money from his customers when he sold those gem cars to them. They did not run correctly, he switched parts on them and they only ran long enough for test drives. Endicott still gets phone calls to see if anyone might know where he could be these days so they can get their money back for the ripoff job he had done to them. He has been on the news for stalking and threatening his former girlfriend and he has threathen me and tried to steal both of his gem cars after the dealership did the repairs on them. The police made him pay for both repairs and informed him that if he did not pay for them. They were going to arrest him for theft. Any gem car that was sold by Fuschis Unlimited was sold by the customer that was selling it. I connected the customer to the seller and the seller sold it to the buyer. Fuschis Unlimited's name was never on the any of the titles ever and never will be either. I just help my customers find buyers if they want to sell them and up-grade to a newer one or just sell it. This man has some serious isses going on in his life and public record shows his track record and criminal history. He needs some serious help and I hope that someday he gets it and others don't come across his path to be hurt by someone that does not have a full deck. Gem had filed a lawsuit against this man for the name of his company and how he potraid himself as a gem car dealer to all his customers. I just hope that people pull up his record in Delray Beach and Palm Beach county before doing business with him to make sure they will be safe to do business with him and to make sure they don't get hurt by him.

The person who filed this report is doing this because he has lost business, lost customers, a police report was filed on him for theft from this dealership and they advised us to never do business with him again and I was very lucky with my life that I was not hurt by him, stole from a shipper that delivered gem cars to him, ripped off customers by selling them broken and unsafe gem cars along with trying to put people out of business with letters to officials in the area of where one company is doing business. He has made plenty of people very angry and had the nerve to call me and let me know he was doing this to hurt the dealership because his sales are down. You can pull up his business online with the state, city, county and tax collector and they will inform you of the kind of person he is. I have a list of people that have delt with him and some are filing a lawsuit against him. He is only hurting himself right now with his actions and posting Names and company that the lawyer is going to enjoy. He owns 4 homes, 1 apt. rental and can't run a legal business in this state. He is not registered with the state as a used car dealer nor licensed with the correct dept.s to be running his business. If you pull up his name in the West Palm Beach county court house like we have after dealing with him and the police and the advice the police gave us. You see the kind of person he really is. Con-artist best describes him and his actions. I will be more then glad to let anyone talk to the people that will never do business with him again and check out the complaints on ebay regarding that he is a scammer. All gem cars sold on ebay are sold through the owner and I just list them for them. All parts that are sold from this dealership or Fuschis Unlimited are sold legally via Fuschis Unlimited, Inc. and is backed by the dealership.
