Enerbank USA TOLD ME I HAD A 5 YEAR LOAN BUT IT WAS 7 YEARS. WHEN I RAN OUT OF PAYMENTS COUPONS THEY WOULD NOT SEND ME ANY UNLESS I REQUESTED THEM BECAUSE I WAS PAYING MORE THAN THE LOAN WAS TO PAY IT OFF QUICKER Salt Lake City, Utah

theyv would not send me a new coupond payment book when ipaid more onc the loan to try to pay it off faster. i had to call and ask for one and then they were rude.

Im in California and have the same problem. No coupon book.

I think because you have made extra payments Enerbank will not contact you until you are past due.

What a waste of time and money!
