Enerbank USA VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL Salt Lake City Utah

Over a year ago, my husband and I had several windows replaced in our home thru "Replacement Windows by Andersen". Several months passed and I had yet to hear from the company who we took the loan out with (Enerbank). The first I do hear from them, they are calling my neighbors and my husbands relatives (his sister and his 80 year old Grandma) trying to track him down. WHAT? So I called them and asked them why are they calling our neighbors and family and their SNOTTY reply was they were trying to get our attention. At this point, Christine at Enerbank was nasty, saying..."if you paid your bills we wouldn't have to do this". We tried to be polite and told her that we never received anything from her company and as soon as we received a payment book (we did not have a remit address, account number or amount to be paid prior to this phone call), I would send out the two missed payments. I apologized and mailed out the money.

That little episode happened in February of this year. I continue making payments, using my little coupon book and making sure the payments are on time! Fast forward four months to now, June 2008. This last Monday I received another call from Christine and she told me that my payment was late. I told her that the payment was made and mailed last Tuesday (no lie- it WAS mailed) and that it did not take a week for money to get from my home state to Salt Lake City. She said she marked my record. On Tuesday, I had time to check my banking account online and noticed that the Enerbank check cleared my bank on the day that Christine had called. I then call up Enerbank and spoke with Chris (female). Chris told me that the payment was recorded in their system on Friday. I told Chris, "well, Christine is a pain in the butt - here she is calling me when you already received payment and it was NOT late". And no, I was not being NASTY, just showing that I was ticked that they were calling when there was NO need! Chris became VERY angry and said..."DO NOT TALK ABOUT MY ASSOCIATE THAT WAY. IF YOU PAID YOUR BILLS ON TIME, WE WOULD NOT BE CALLING". Trying to remain calm, I told her that I do pay my bills on time and this was Enerbanks fault - not mine. I told her that she was being unprofessional and she said "not everyone likes her". I was getting more angry, so I just hung up the phone!

Bottom line is, if you are going to do remodeling on your home, PLEASE make sure with your contractor that they do NOT use Enerbank USA located in Salt Lake City. They are a bunch of unprofessional idiots, who can't their paperwork out nor can they get accurate reports from their accounting department!
