I had 3rd party charges added onto my monthly phone bill to the tune of $29.95 per month for a few months I called a few times to cancel the charges as I did not order anything, it was for online yellow page advertising.   After waiting on hold for more than 15 minutes someone picks up and tells you that you never called to cancel the month before.    I finally called ATT and had them block the charges from 3rd party companies.    If you get any charges call your phone carrier as EBSI will not cancel you and continue to bill you for some phony service you didnt order.
