Enhanced Services Billing, Inc. - ESBI Internet I contacted Verizon to bundle my services and found out about this charge from ESB Palm Harbor, Florida

called Verizon to bundle my Direct TV, internet, etc. to save money and
found out that there is a charge from ESBI (stand alone voice mail)
that THEY SAY my daughter (who does not live with use) ordered about a year ago. I doubt that she did
that, as there are huge reports of people having this on
their bill, not knowing how it got there. I called and had it removed
and refunded. They are refunding it but I am angry that this ever got on there in the first place. How this happened, I have no clue,
as I have a PIN number to have any additions or changes to my Verizon
bill.
