We contacted Orbit Telecom and couldn't figure out why they needed to know our address to cancel the charge. They obviously did not care about our address to put the charge on the bill. They are claiming that it will take 1 - 2 billing cycles to remove it.
I am going to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission because something (anything!!) needs to be done to stop this.
