esbi tried to rip me off also,i have read hundreds of reports where they have been successful,if you want to get your money back the best way is to report them to your state attorney generals consumer affairs office,thats what they do, it worked for me,even though i received no product or service they will not handle it as theft,but the Federal Trade Commission Consumer Response Center will take your complaint as wire fraud you can report them toll free at 1-877-382-4357,so come on people don't just sit there get you money back,and get in touch with the FTC and help them take care of Enhanced Services Billing Inc.

i have been fighting esbi for 3 months now,got my money back,my local phone co. will no longer process bills from esbi.i can tell all of you why your phone company allows these people to add charges to your phone bill " they have contracts with esbi " my phone company told me this and it is also stated in the ftc case files of 2001,this mess that we are all going thourgh now is not billing errors it is wire fraud,i have filed a complaint with the district office of the fbi in my state(alabama) they will do the same for you. go to http://www.fbi.gov. to find the office in your area also the ftc at 1-202-326-2180 will be glad to take your complaint,you need to make a compaint to your states psc and your states state attorny generals consumer affairs office to get your money back.
