I am writing this to express my dissatisfaction and disgust with service. I recently got a rental vehicle through my insurance because my vehicle was involved in an accident. My vehicle is an AWD 4D sedan. First off, I should have received a rental vehicle equal to or better than my own. The vehicle I got was a 4d front wheel drive sedan. Secondly, the vehicle wasn't even clean. It was filthy. Thirdly, I was rented the car with full knowledge from the manager that there was a leaky rear tire. I had to repeatedly put air in that tire over the course of my rental. Not only was this inconvenient to say the least, it costed me money which I was not reimbursed for. Lastly, I was told I had a balance due when returning the vehicle. My insurance should have covered any costs, other than fuel which I gladly paid for.

I should not have had any out of pocket balance. The reason I do is that my rental car exceeded my insurance per day allowance. I was told it was a '''full sized car'' for a reason of it costing more to rent. I was not aware the vehicle was going to be costing me ANYTHING out of pocket. I was never told that I would be paying anything out of pocket, other than fuel. This to me is very underhanded and unprofessional. I am not paying for a new manager who is trying to make extra money and a name for himself with the company.   On top of all this, I had to work around HIS schedule (meet him when it was convenient for HIM).  Shouldn't it be the other wat around? The overall rental experience was horrible.

 The best way to resolve this is for me to not have to pay my balance.  I don't feel it's fair to me that I should be paying anything, especially with the terrible quality of service I received.  Also, this was not a pleasure rental.  It was because my vehicle was struck and the accident was by no fault of mine.  My vehicle has been repaired with no hassles.  It's very annoying that I have to deal with this issue.  Had it been made clear to me that I would have any out of pocket expense due to my insurance not paying 100% for my rental, I would have taken a vehicle that was fully covered.  So between the terrible communication on the manager's part and the other issues I previously mentioned, I really don't feel it's fair for me to have to pay anything out of my own pocket. 

I am seeking reimbursment at the very least and I also feel this manager should be reprimanded for his treatment of a customer.
