 Rented a van in McKinney, Tx on Thursday, March 7, 2013.  We were told the office would close at noon on Saturday, March 9, 2013, and to drop keys in the night slot along with the milage papers.  The cars are on an open shopping center lot, and not a fenced lot. 

Late Monday afternoon March 11, 2013 we received a call saying we owed for damage done to the rear bumper of the car.  We have rented many cars from Hertz and Avis, and have turned cars in early.  We always check our rentals for any damage, trash and refill our rentals before returning. 

This is a new Ford van with a camera on the rear.  How could we have backed into something with a camera on the back of the van.  And why wasn't it found until late Monday evening.  This is not a rent-a-car with that many cars being turned in on the weekend.  Someone had to have backed into the van after we returned it.

The Dallas Morning News had the same kind of story about Enterprise in the Metro section last week.  You can read it online - same thing happened to others.  Hope it helps and you get this problem resolved soon.  Good luck to you.
