Rented a car from Enterprise at the MCO Orlando Airport. When I was pointing out the scratches to the Enterprise rep he told me not to worry because since he had worked there he said they have never charged anyone for a scratch. I shouldn't have trusted this but I did and so I ignored the scratches. I went to Amusement Parks in FL during this trip. The car was mostly parked safely the whole time. I ended up losing the rental car keys on a roller coaster. I had the rental car towed to a location that Enterprise told AAA to bring it to. They said there would be replacement keys there and there were none. In fact they were closed. I had to rent a car with another rental car company because Enterprise could not verify that the car had been dropped off there. I left the car at Enterprise in a safe location. I flew out the next morning and when I got home I called the location where it was dropped off. They claimed there was a big scratch that I put on the bumper. This is bull crap. Enterprise is just trying to scam me here. Guess who I am not renting from again? I realize the key problem was my fault.. and yes I paid for that... but the big scratch on the bumper? Heck no... I am a safe driver and this car was parked safely and hardly driven except for the commute from Orlando to Tampa, FL to go to Busch Gardens.
