On December 13, 2012 I received a letter stating the car was damaged. I called customer service and they said that the two left tires were damaged and had bubbles coming out of them. They were not damaged. Now they want me to pay to replace the tires. From what I have read on these type of sites this is a typical scam Enterprise tries in order to get extra funds.
Who can I report this to? How can I bring action against them?
