When I said you are sticking it to me they replied we are legally allowed to do that. I said so you admit you are sticking it to me and they said yes. This was the damage claim person from Corporate office in Atlanta.
Now I see there are numerous similar claims around the country. I have contacted my Consumer Affairs office as well as the Attorney General's office for State of Florida. there needs to be a class action suit against this company.
