On May 27,2009 i returned a rental car with full tank of gas and car had no visable damage to it.On May 28th Enterprise called to tell me the car was damaged with a scratch on the passanger side-near back tire.

I went in to see the car damaged and the car was not there for me to examined and Jason refused to tell me where the car was being repaired.I had pre-schedule a meeting with the manager and she was not there also.Jason-co manager stated i had a accident ,but refused to admit it.I had two other witness with me to look at this car damaged in order to take photos of it ,to measure it and assess it.

My bank account became over-drawn on May 28,2009 for $500.00.Enterprise rental car took $500.00 out of my account without my signature, permission, or authorization. I had only signed for $25.00 because they lied and stated that they needed my debit card for id.Enterprise also refused to take twenty-five dollars cash or allow me to write a check.

Customers beware:i found out that i did not need my debit/creidt card for ID if i had my drivers license,insurance ID,and other photo ID example:nursing license.

Enterprise changed the online and phone charge rental fee when they found out that i would not accept their insurance and i refused to sign the front page in certain areas.I had dealt with them previously in Feb.of this year and i knew not to trust them.I declined the small box on front that is hiddeni in small print on the front that allow them to obtain assess to your account.I had the young lady to cross that area out and also decline them assess to my credit report.

In Feb. i rented a car and they refused my debit card-i had to obtain certified money order for payment of rental in addtional to $300.00.I had to constantly call for my refund and had to send certified mail for refund.It was omly when i had an attorney freind to call did they send me a refund.Nothing was wrong with the return rental in Feb.-they just wanted to sit on my money.I was never going back to them again until Allstate set up the rental without giving me a choice.I told the clerk at the insurance company that i did not like Enterprise -she just stated i had made arrangements already.

I told Enterprise that i wanted my money to be replaced back into my account because i did not damage their car and i declined that wavier on the front page.Enterprise care rental broke the law when they took money out of a social secuirty bearing account without authorization,Per Social Secuirty law only the FEDERAL Government can take social secuirty funds.

When Enterprise had the wrong return date on the car prior to the return date-they accuse me of stealing their car.I had to call Allstate in order for them to correct the amount of time i was suppose to keep the car.

At the time i went in to obtain the final bill-they exchange my customer copy to a auditor copy.Enterprise refused to give me back the original sutomer page with the stamped twenty-five dollar recepit on it.

The original customer recepit would show all of the things i declined,how they changed the price,date of rental and signature for only the twenty five dollars.

Enterprise rental company is bias,prejudice against disable people,blacks,women,and people with common sense.Enterprise rental company must really need money to milk the customer of money.

My insurance dedutible is only $200.00 not $500.00 they took out of my account.I called for my $300.00 constantly and they would not return my call.Allstate repaired the car without any investigation-it took until June 4,2009 for them to send information to Allstate about car damage.

I am warning everyone:Enterprise collect data from customers without their permission,do not allow them assess to credit report,pay attention to where you sign on the agreement,if they wash the car prior to you looking for damages -wait until car is dry,you need to make sure clerk mark off damage-do not allow them to say it is too small!

Enterprise Rental Company:Beware of false claims of damage,overcharges,changes in price due to their bad faith business practice!

I will never use Enterprise Rental Car Company as long as i remain on this earth.I am also informing all organizations that i belong to,my family,freinds,business associates,clubs and others about their unethical conduct.Enterprise abuse their power,violated credit cards laws,civil rights laws,business laws,and acted in bad faith.




On May 27, 2009 i returned a rental car with full tank of gas and car had no visible damage to it. On May 28th Enterprise called to tell me the car was damaged with a scratch on the passenger side-near back tire. I went in to see the car damaged and the car was not there for me to examine and Jason refused to tell me where the car was being repaired.



I went to CVS to obtain my medications and my card was rejected. My bank account became over-drawn on May 28, 2009 for $500.00.Suntrust informed me that Enterprise rental car took $500.00 out of my account without my signature, permission, or authorization. Enterprise had switch the twenty-five dollars signature authorization for ID to $500.00.



Enterprise needed $25.00 for advance gas payment and would not accept personal check or cash.I was told i needed credit card/debit card for transaction and to serve as identifcation.

Customers beware: I found out that i did not need my debit/credit card for ID if i had my driver's license, insurance information and other photo ID example: nursing license.

Enterprise will change the quote given online and verbal phone rental fee when they found out you will not accept their insurance. Enterprise will lie and state that a certain make-model car is available to get your business, but it is not available when you go to obtain rental. Enterprise will not honor discount codes or coupons if you are black, disable, or complain about their service.




Due to previous problems with refund from Enterprise and their history of overcharging and adding fees to car rental agreement - i refused to sign the front page in certain areas. I declined the small box on front that is in very fine print hidden on the front that allows them to add charges to your account without your prior permission. CUSTOMERS DO NOT SIGN THIS REFUSED THIS! Also on back of the rental agreement DO NOT AGREE TO ALLOW THEM TO PULL YOUR CREDIT REPORT AND REFUSE COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA.



The clerk is trained to use scare tactics and schemes to raise your anxiety to make you buy their worthless insurance coverage.

Enterprise car rental broke the law when they took money out of a social security bearing account without authorization, Per Social Security law only the FEDERAL Government can take social security funds without written permission.



Enterprise had the wrong return date on the rental car prior to its return date-and they accuse me of stealing their car. I had to call Allstate Insurance Company who was paying for the rental to clear up their mistake. Allstate could not obtain a report or photos until two weeks after the incident.



Again Enterprise caused me distress and embarrassment.

Enterprise can not get basic rental information correct or and car maintenance (car oil change light on, car had no window wiper fluid in it, tires air was low) how can one trust their records for car damage inspection between customers? Enterprise refused to give me back the original customer page with the stamped twenty-five dollar receipt on it.

Enterprise Rental Company must really need money to milk the customer out of money. Allstate repaired the car without any investigation-it took until June 4, 2009 for them to send information to Allstate about car damage. My car insurance deductible is only $200.00 not $500.00 that Enterprise wrote on Auditor Sheet.Enterprise is withholding $300.00 from me after Allstate paid this bogus claim.

I called for my $300.00 constantly and they would not return my call. I has been unable to purchase my medications, have overdraft fees and balanced checks due to Enterprise theft.

On May 27, 2009 i returned a rental car with full tank of gas and car had no visible damage to it. Jason the manager stated i had an accident, but refused to admit it. My bank account became over-drawn on May 28, 2009 for $500.00.Enterprise rental car took $500.00 out of my account without my signature, permission, or authorization.

Enterprise did not file a police report and they had no internal report written for this until two weeks later.

Allstate could not obtain a report or photos until two weeks after the incident.

I was not allowed to see the damage that I had to pay for or to obtain a second estimate if I wanted to. Where is the justice?

THE EMPLOYEES ARE TRAINED TO BYPASS EXPLAINING THE AGREEMENT AND WILL NOT SHOW YOU THE BACK PAGE IN FINE PRINT. The consumer needs to be aware that their insurance coverage will not protect the consumer, but is in their interest only.
