On January 21, 2013 I rented a car in Enterprise Carolina PR, the sales person kept insisting on to take the extra insurance when I am already covered by USAA.The point is that he did it in a very rude way, he was very graphic on all the negative things could happen to me etc, the two days I rented the car I was expecting something bad to happen.  Also, he kept insisting on the fuel program and I accepted it because he said that I was going to be charge based on consumption not by the whole tank and it was a lie. When I got the receipt I went to branch to point out the extra charges and one of the sales ladies told me that I did have to send an email with my complaint. I did and as of today nothing has happened. I call PR Enterprise Branch, they put on hold for over 10 minutes, when I finally reached the manager and after explaining what did happen the communication was cut, they never called me back, no answer was given, no emails , no phones calls nothing. I don't know if this is a strategy for getting people's money in PR but I  want my money back because it is not fare to charge a customer for a full tank when I only used 1/4, and as I said before I accepted because I was told charges were based on fuel consumption not the whole thank .  I don't think it is good business to lie or trick the customer....if they work on commission for the extra things added to the rent, then Enterprise should change their way to motivate their employees.

Today I just found another charge from them for the amount of US$9.10 without any explanation.
