I rented a truck from enterprise rent a car with no steering. Yes i went to the enterprise on hwy 11 hilo hawaii next to walmart to rent this truck a big dodge ram . There parking lot held 2 cars so i parked at walmart and walked to enterprise . I was greeted very nice and i asked if they had a truck i could rent for the day they replied yes so i rented the truck. I went back to walmart parking lot to get my personal items out of my car when i turned into the parking spot next to my car the wheel pulled to the left like it was trying to pull straight and i side swiped my car that i just purchased. I called the police to make a report and indeed the truck had no steering the police and tow truck driver confirmed this . I called enterprise to let them know i needed an other car or truck nobody ever came to help me i sat in the parking lot all night waiting for them. Then i got a bill for the damage from the pile of junk they rented me . in there report they stated that i asked them to check the power steering belt , that i put the belt back on the motor , i was driving in mud and water that was up to the air cleaner . I am so mad im reporting them to the atty general in Hawaii. Such lies WOW!!!!(Melissa Cesare)recovery specialist 970-226-8340 is one of enterprises thiefs watch them .
