Enterprize Rent A Car Detail Charge of 75 dollars after renting a car for a month Deer Park, Texas

My car was in shop for extended body work after a wreck and between me and insurance company Enterprize made over 1300 dollars.  I understood no one was allowed to smoke and that was not a problem as no one did but there was already a hole in drivers seat from a burn.  I turned car in and they called me later saying they found a butt and I would have to pay a 75 dollar detail charge.  I told them it was not smoked in and they then said there was dog hair in it and I would have to pay it anyway. 

I told them I did take my dog  9short haired that does not usually shed) nto vet but they never told me that would cost me or I would have vacuumed it myself or used my other car.  Told them I would never use them again and would seek every opportunity to let others know about this.  I think they were looking for an excuse to rip me off. if they are going to say pets trigger a 75 dollar detail charge, you should be told that even if it was true. They dinged my credit card immediately.  The cigarette butt was either a lie or one they missed from whoever used car before me.  I think they were going to have to clean car up as we had it for one month and wanted me to pay for it.
