Used this company to purchase tickets online. Upon ordering the tickets, the tickets were sent to an incorrect address. I had no way of knowing this until I called days later wondering where my tickets were (because they told me on the website it would take 5-7 days for them to be delivered). I found later that they were delivered only 2 days after I ordered them to an incorrect address. I had no way of knowing this as the order confirmation page, the UPS tracking site, or any other emails and documentation I got from them did not include a shipping address. The only place this address was shown was when the address was entered onthe site. I have no way to validate if that was wrong or they made the mistake. The last two numbers of the address had been transposed. They obviously blame us for the mistake and have no real proof of this. I spent ~$2000 for these tickets. The member of the household at the incorrect address told me that the tickets had been returned to a UPS store for return to sender delivery. Meaning that they should have been returned to this company. For some reason, the tickets have now been lost, and the company will provide no way to replace them other than to fight with Disney to get replacement tickets. They expect us to somehow pick them up at disney, which they have not explained. When on the phone with them, they have continuously lied to us over and over again about the actions they were taking in regards to our tickets. This company is a total sham... have anything go wrong with your purchase and say goodbye to your money. They lie to you, and to the BBB and other organizations and get away with it. I cannot believe they have an A+ rating with the BBB as more than half the compaints on them have not been resolved with the user being happy.
