He has created a company called Staycation Backyard Resorts in Mt Juliet that is also invloved in criminal/fraudlent activity along with Premeir Pools and Patios. If you think about it, the Roofing Company he had on here is called Premier Roofing and the pool company he was with invloved in all the fraud is called Premier Pools catchy name huh??? Premier Pools and Patios has been on News Channel 4,5, and Fox 17 News beginin 9/19/12 involving fraudlent activity with million of dollars in theft. The entire family is in this operation which opens multiple companies, screws people then closes it down and opens another one. This family includes: Tommy Patterson his brother Timothy Tim Patterson , Mother Linda Patterson , Father Ed Shanks , and Step Mother Anna Shanks all of which have been arrested in previous states for fraud. Their previous company in Mississippi was Pelican Pools and was conducting fraudlent activity then they moved to TN opened Premier Exteriors screwed several people over, then opened Premier Pools and Patios screw more people over, now has opened Staycation Backyard Resorts which has already begun screwing people over from what I've read.
