After promising my credit card fees would be lowered, I am paying over a full percentage point higher with Entrust and as a small business cannot afford this. Their sales techniques are full of lies and they are taking advantage of small businesses nationwide. Let's put a stop to this! Hahah this guy clearly worked for this company...
Entrust is now operating under the name Mobi Squad so anyone who is currently doing business with them I truly do feel sorry for you.
Eric did sign deals in az he may have been a "RAM" for California but was consistently in Arizona to close deals for entrust.
Now for what is known as Mobi Squad it consist of almost the same employees Entrust had except for the call center fact of it. They now drive around in little purple cars visiting business to scam them.
Just stay away from these people

I was an employee for Entrust BankCard for many years (they are no longer working under that name). During my time there they only focused on customer service. Dropping clients rates and answering their calls were the norm. ALL leases were 8 pages of disclosures and ALL pages had to be reviewed by client. After the account was live, The Leasing Agency would call merchant directly and make sure they knew they were in a Non cancelable lease and made sure they knew that they were working with a 3rd party. By the way, All these calls were recorded and logged. It seems like the new age "Buyers Remorse" has turned into Blog attacks on companies just trying to do business with contracts in a world where contracts are no longer respected.
Now, About Eric Karnezis ripping people off... This guy was the top salesman of Entrust Bankcard for 4 years running. He had the lowest attrition rates and all his customers loved him and all of us at Entrust loved him too. He was a great mentor and salesman. My question to the "competitor" who lied and wrote this post is as follows: How could Eric Karnezis have ripped you off if he was the Regional Account Manager for Sacramento? California agents did not sign deals in AZ. Period.
It is sad that websites like this do not collect any evidence. Most of what i have read on this website is Libel. I thank you for your time and hope you dont believe the lies on this site.

I agreed with all the postings...Entrust along with Azura Leasing are very deceptive. Entrust even hired a sales rep, Eric Karnezis, who signed me up with Entrust and with his own company, Accredited Interchange, LLC, which is also a rip-off company. Most credit card processing companies and sales reps are sleezy.
I'm stuck with a credit machine payment for 5 years, not to mention other fees.
