This campany calls you to say you are overpaying for pass thru fees that based on your credit card processing your business volume you should not have to pay. Then they send out a sales person with a laptop to do a comparison on your fees. Our salesperson in Dallas, TX named Charlie (tall blond female) told us that our rate would be 1.59 and no pass thru fees, no other fees to visa or mastercard, my husband and I asked how is it possible for your fees to be below the established bank card fees? We were told they did all their own processing in house and bundled the transactions, at wholesale cost, the fees were lower. So we signed up after the laptop comparison should we would save about $775 per month. After several months of statements, I realized we were not saving and our fees actually looked higher, about $775 higher NOT lower per month. We contacted Entrust told them of the fradulent sales pitch, complained about of sales rep, complained about the fees, and where told that all the fees are listed on pg 3 of 4 on our contract. We stoped processing with them and went back to CHASE. We have tried to cancel our contract based on the salesperson misleading us and the company says it will be over $990 to cancel the contract. Entrust Bankcard is a comsumer and business RIPOFF !!
