Environmental Systems Inc. Bait and Switch - RIPOFF Eden Prairie Minnesota

This company sends out scratch off cards indicating that you have won a prize.  When you call to find out exactly what you have won and claim your prize they tell you that you have won one of the more desirable prizes or a choice of prizes, but that you have to have a representative give you a demonstration to get the prize.  

The representative on the phone assures you that the representative will have all of the prizes on the list available, and in our case promised a choice of prizes.  After a 3 hour presentation trying to sell us a Filter Queen vaccum and air filtration system we were told by the representative that we had instead won one of their lowest level prizes - and the he did not even have the better prizes avaialable.  

Needless to say - no sale here and we will look for any optons we have to expose this fraud.
