Epopus LLC or Pam Durkin Supope LLC Fraud - Failure to honor contract - took 17,500 dollars and gave us nothing. Niles, Michigan

In June of 2011, we as Furniture Enterprises, LLC, entered into a white space contract with Epopus, LLC to build a selling platform for our infant furniture business. We searched and searched and talked to several experts about who to contact. Several listed and highly recommended Pamela Pam Durkin as the person to call. After a formal courtship in which we attempted to do our best due diligence, we entered into an agreement for Epopus, LLC to build our website and host a call center. The total fees paid for the contracts was $17,500.

 According to our contract, the website, etc. was to be established within 60 to 90 days. After a year of nothing but delays, excuses, and broken promises, we have never been shown any details of our website or progress on such. In essence, we were duped into believing that Epopus, LLC and Pam Durkin could deliver a finished product. Thus, we find ourselves a year later and $17,500 short.

To further add insult to injury, Ms. Durkins company Supope, LLC d/ba/ Epopus has filed for Bankruptcy in June 2012. We encourage anyone who is wanting to perform their due diligence in negotiating with this Company to contact us at (((email redacted))).

We will provide you with copies of our original contracts, copies of lawsuits, etc.  We assume we will never collect and have little recourse, we do not want any other hard working people out there to be taken advantage.
