I'm fixing to post pics of the actual floor. I truly believe a picture is worth a thousand words. I know how hurtful these reviews can be which is why I gave you three weeks to fix this. When doing this type of job the final layer is s clear over the flake. You have never come back to do the final layer. Like your dad said" it would have been cheaper to start over with a different crew." His words not mine. I'm still pen to having you come and fix this if you so choose otherwise this is all you'll get from me.

The reviewer is correct, they did not explicitly ask for a free redo of the job; however, we felt that was the direction it was going. We apologize for the confusion.
The reviewer is also correct; we do not have hundreds of employees and are a small business operation. Our individual employees do not have the luxury of hiding behind the name of a large corporation, and are subject to personal criticism, which is why we took the time to write a rebuttal on this website.
It is this great country which allows freedom of speech, and websites like these to allow an open dialogue for both parties. Unfortunately, accusations of scam artists can severely hurt a small business and its employees who dedicate themselves full time and rely solely on this trade.

I paid for the medium distribution of flake and clear coat(to be applied the following day). They returned to apply clear the day after the initial visit and that is when Robert his dad(at least that is what I was told by both Robert and Justin. Could also be another of their lies. They do have plenty of them I see), told me that they would have to redo the floor because there was spots that the crew had not applied the epoxy correctly. He called Justin to tell him and instead of Justin agreeing, he tells Pops(Robert) to apply a heavier distribution of chips. Well they end up rolling the clear and using the clear to adhere the additional flakes. This method is incorrect which is why the epoxy is laid first as it has a much stronger adhesion for the flakes. Robert ends up adding so much flake that it ends up all over my driveway and grass as proven by pics I took. Robert says he would return to blow off excess as there would be alot of it due to the redistribution of chips. Well they never showed up again and after multiple calls(only response from them were in the form of texts), I have decided to 1. Block their number since Justin refuses to man up and instead reverts to childish acts such as prank calling. 2. I am intending to pursue this in a claims court just as soon as all of my transfer is complete.
There is no doubt of the color I wanted for my garage. All I asked them to do was come back and lay clear over the additional flakes that were laid the SECOND day. These were their failed attempt to correct a mistake made by THEIR contractors as they have no employees. I had to blow out the excess flakes and there was no clear under patches of them. This guy is a crook and I can prove it to whoever would like to see my evidence. I never asked them to do the whole job over, just apply the final layer of clear which would have been done the second day had their contractors not messed up on the epoxy application. They are a true fraud. I gave them a chance to make it right and instead he tells me of how he has several attorneys on retainer and is going to sue me for this report. Funny thing is I have yet to see a subpoena from either one of his attorneys. Besides it is my right to freedom of speech and duty to make the public aware of one more ripoff artist!

Unfortunately this was a case where we could not meet the exceedingly high expectations of a customer, compounded by borderline harassment from the customer by means of numerous phone calls and many text messages received well beyond normal business hours (midnight).
As the reviewer indicated, we made multiple return trips back to the residence to address the customer concerns and had reached an amicable finalization of the project as demonstrated by his payment in full (we do not charge until customers are satisfied and the job is completed).
At this point we felt the customer regretted their choice of paint and flake color and was not pleased with the aesthetic outcome (although we did our job), and was trying to force us to redo the entire job for free.
To potential clients, please do not hesitate to ask us for referrals for both commercial and residential jobs. Unfortunately, only the few rare unsatisfactory experiences are published online, and not the several hundred great projects we have serviced for nearly ten years.
