Equifax - Charged My Credit Card For Account Renewal Without Permission I cancelled my account in September, 2008....February 1, they charged me for renewal Atlanta, Georgia

Now I see 99.95 charged on my credit card for "yearly renewal"... when they acknowledged their mistake last week, they assured me that they would remove the charge within 2 business days....now, 3 business days later they say they are having computer problems...call back. What a mess.
