My wife purchased the $5 introductory sample of this anti aging cream and our bank account was charged $99 the day after the 14 day trial period had expired so we were not allowed to receive a refund. The number they provide for customer service is a billing company that cannot cancel the account. There have been several complaints on line and this illegal activity needs to cease.
