We came in contact with Equipment Zone at a trade show.  They promise to sell better then new DTG printing machines.  On thier website they say the machines are better then the original new.  We ordered one. The machines are a refurbashed units. Not a problem we understood that.  The machines are not ready to be sold at the time you purchase them.  After they got our deposit and set up financing you find out it will be 2-3 weeks before the machine is available. We were not made aware of this.  The finacne company is calling in the mid time asking is it there yet so they can start the automatic withdrawal of payments.  

The machine after 2 weeks was still not ready. they say they have another machine same machine under the hood but different machine.  Okay they have my money and the contract is signed.  The finacace company says it is uncancelable what are we to do. We say sure we will take the other machine.  They send it. Takes a week to get here. Right off the bat the machine has cut lines.  the Finance company is call is it there yet is it set up. No the machine has cut print lines.  Send a photo of the cut lines to EZ and ask for new lines.  no response so call. they say they will send out over night and to keep the old lines as back up.  okay we go away for 3 days to another trade show. Come home and no package. no new lines.

 Call they say they sent 2 day so that the package would not be left outside for 2 days. we have someone at the location to bring in packages. Still the finance company Time payment is calling. is it set up is it printing. all things come with it.  No not yet. get the new lines get it to print one shirt on white Time payment says good to go! contract startes. try to print on dark shirt.  it wont. the platens are warped so the base and the top print will not line up the images are blurry because to the different heights. Call EZ tech no replay file on line on thier website.  finally calls at 630 am our time we are pacific.  then try to get ahold of them all day to no avail. when we get a hold of Rudy he says they are all that way to deal with it.

 then we have a dripping problem ink running out of the printer like a river. get a humidty control room still dropping ink everywhere when printing. 3 months of phone calls because they will not work by email even though thier website says they will.  fought for 3 months get rudy on the phone again. we go over the machine then he says that the wiper blade is stuck and it must have come that way is why all the constant dripping of ink it is not cleaning off the head. I would have to manually move the wiper each time the head comes by.  that is not going to work for us. Ask can they fix it. says they will get back to us.  Call back nothting. after a month of waiting for them to get back to us we send a letter of our intention to stop payment because they would not help us with the machine that thier own tech said was broken when they sent it.  

Nothing ... month goes by we tell them again okay today we stop payment. 5 months after we started this. we stop payment with the leasing company.  When no payment came in Timepayment went off. Pay we will sue tell them the problem thier agent says to file a misrepresentaion with thier legal department we do that. Ralph Almeida took our statement and then a letter from Harry Oster of EZ.

 Mr Oster's email about the situation was complete contridiction to our statements.  Time payment sided with EZ. I then tried to sent time payment copies of emails that contridict all of MR. Oster's statements. they say nope it is all good. Pay the lease.  No after that 11 months of fighting and filing the paper work did EZ finally offer to take the machine back and fix but only if I state in writting that I will take the machine back after they service it.  I will not.  if they have it back they can say it works when it doesnt and send me back a broken machine. I have read that they have done that to others.  

I offerd a resolution and they have refused. I asked that they reverse the purchase. I take a lose of the 4000.00 I have paid  they get the machine back and we all walk away. no.  Time payment has now filed with the credit bureus and have ruined my credit where one of my creditors has called in a loan that has nothing to do with this and I have never been late.
