Equus www.iequus.com refusesed to provide techinical information on gauges sold Internet

Equus in there advertisiments pormises to let you have contact with techinical people who design there meters when i call after several attempt i was connected with a supervisor by the name of Brian foster who  refused to provide the resistance on the electircal meter loop for a elect thermometer for auto temp he did not know the  actual resistance in the meter. or have any of the actuwl tenchincal sec's there is no one in support who has any techinical knowledge of there meter and could not supply any of the electrical values......in other words there advertisment is false and techinical support is vertualy non existant....all i ask for was the current drain of the meter in  mili amps or watts it drained so i could calculate the resistance in the meter to buy voltage drop resister i can work the formaul of ohms law any kid with basic electircal knowldge can do this.....but there tech people are biligerant five dollar an hour pissants who have little or no actual electrical knowledge or mechanical skills.....sorry i ever bought there products !
