Because the Ripoff Report website has the policy to publish all submissions and to never remove a report from its website (even if the original author wishes to withdraw it), my only recourse is to post a reply to the above report.  The report was submitted by a person who uses this forum solely to malign the character of those with whom hes had prior relationships.  Please search for reports for the following people, all of which were submitted within a period of a few days under the reporting name of havocman1000:

-Kristi Hoburg (ex-wife of the person writing the reports)

-Andrew Hoburg (ex-brother-in-law)

-Chuck Hoburg (ex-father-in-law of the person writing the reports)

-Mark Schlemer (ex-father-in-law, Kristis step-dad)

-Ethan Schlemer (ex brother-in-law) 

Hes also submitted additional complaints against his own family members and acquaintances under the reporting name deck pros founder:

-Linda Allison (his mother)

-Mandy Allison (his first ex-wife)

-Terry Allison Sr. (his father)

-Michelle Owens (his sister)

-Todd Gatseos (former co-worker)  

I write this reply reluctantly because I have no desire to be involved with this individual and I dont wish to draw unwarranted attention to the other smear campaign victims listed above (nor will I mention the author of the reports by name as that will do nothing other than perpetuate this nonsense).  However, despite legal action and criminal charges against this person, the outcome of such proceedings will not remove the link to either this website or the web search engines leading to it and I believe its important to respond that none of his targets have suddenly become violent threats to society, sexual deviants, porn stars, con-artists, etc.  Its unfortunate (and pathetic) that someone would find it appropriate to make such reckless allegations in an attempt to impugn the reputation of decent, honest people.  Please review the other reports and draw your own conclusions regarding the validity of any of these accusations and the true motive of the person writing them.  Although it is unlikely that the poster will be unable to resist the urge to make further postings and accusations, this will be my only response.  A similar response may be listed in any of the six reports initially referenced.
