In reviewing the LA Superior Court records case summary Proof of Service says it was sub-served on Lisa (last name withheld for this posting). That is not my wife's first name nor has there ever been anyone by that name at my residence. Clearly the process server made up this name and filed it with the court. Further, in reviewing the documents submitted by Brachfeld it is clear that the documents were signed by a stamp.
Does anyone know if either or both of these facts support a dismissal of the law suit?
