Erica Chandler CHILD ABUSER Ware, Massachusetts

My little sister passed away earlier this month, tragically, a young age, leaving behind six wonderful kids, who are now in the care of the rest of my family. After her death, three of my nephews told my family that my sister's live-in babysitter, Erica Chandler, used to abuse them when my sister was not around. They said that she would hit them a lot, and that she even held my four year-old nephew upside-down by his feet once and beat him. This, apparently, went on for a long period of time, and they never said anything to my sister or anyone else because they were afraid of Erica. They -- understandably -- said they never wanted to see her again. I just ignored Erica at my little sister's memorial last week, to avoid a scene.

Today, though, my mother asked me to go with her to my sister's old apartment, to pick up more of the possessions she left behind. Erica was still living there, and I wanted to go because Erica is a very large, loud, obxonious moron, prone to crazy outbursts, and I wanted to make sure she didn't try to hurt or intimidate my mother, and that my mom was able to get my sister's things without a problem. Well, there was a problem, unfortunately. A big one. It turned out Erica now had her humungous, nine thousand-pound brother staying with her in the apartment. He was laying down, sprawled out on the couch like a beached whale when we arrived, with his shirt off, exposing his giant man b***s, which is definitely an image I wish I could get out of my head forever.

Erica almost immediately began to give me and my mother a hard time about collecting my little sister's things, claiming that the television and some other things were hers, when we know my little sister bought the TV, and Erica does not even have a job or any other source of income and was living there, rent-free, because my sister needed the help. Shaun, her humungous, nine thousand-pound brother -- who my mother and I had never even met before this -- managed to somehow pull himself up off the couch, then started arguing with me and my mom, saying we had no proof that the TV was my sister's. We threatened to call the cops, but they claimed that my sister gave the TV to Erica, and said we had no proof that my sister bought it. The first half of that was bullsh*t, for reasons already stated, but we did not have a receipt or any other legal proof that my sister bought the television, or that she didn't give it to Erica, so we decided it was not worth it, and just proceeded to collect all of my sister's and the kids' other things that would fit in my mom's car.

My sister's old neighbors, in the apartment next door, who are good friends of my family, helped us, and we went back up on the patio to talk to them. I had intended to simply try to be as civil as possible and just ignore Erica, even after the incident with the TV and her brother happened. That was when she said that when my mom came to get the rest of my sister's stuff, that she had better try to be nicer to her next time. I almost never lose my cool over *anything* and am actually a very shy, quiet person, but I could not stand for that. I couldn't take this fat slob who had beaten my nephews and nieces talking to my mother like that on top of it, so that's when I snapped and told her to go f**k herself.

Her walrus brother yelled at me not to swear because there were kids around. He had a little daughter, and my friends had kids, although they were inside. This was WAY too much. Saying a swear was a horrible thing, when Erica beat my helpless little nieces and nephews for God only knows how long??? (Plus, having to see her brother's man b***s bouncing around was already horrific for the kids, or anyone else, anyway.) So I said that, "Yeah, swearing is bad when she used to beat the kids!!" She, of course, got indignant at this and denied it. Not exactly surprising. Who is going to just admit to something like that? Even Erica isn't THAT stupid.

After my sister's death, the social worker assigned to her case told us that Erica's friends had been calling them and reporting my sister to DSS for being an unfit mother, because the kids were "always dirty," which was a complete lie. My sister was a wonderful mother, and loved all of her kids very much, and always tried to provide for them the best she could. My family saw the kids all the time, and they were *never* "dirty." (Erica and her brother, on the other hand, smelled like they could really use a bath themselves.) Apparently -- and I am not making this up -- they wanted my sister to lose custody of her kids so they could have them! Why Erica and/or her friends thought that they would get custody of my sister's kids, and not my family, if they were taken away from her, I haven't the faintest idea. Erica and her friends are just complete psychos, I guess.

Anyway, so I also said how the social worker told us that her friends kept calling DSS on my sister to make false reports, and she charged at me, in a rage. I told her to back the f**k up, and she stopped where she was, right dead in her tracks and actually looked scared, even though I'm really skinny and she had her huge brother there, because she -- like all child abusers -- is a complete coward.

But she yelled at me, hysterically, "None of my friends even live in this state!!!" Wtf?!? I actually was not even aware she had any friends before the social worker told us what they had been doing, so I said, sarcastically at first, "Do you even have any friends?" and then that that was what the social worker from DSS told us. And why would she make up something completely crazy-sounding like THAT, for no reason??? Erica is a nutcase, and I can imagine her doing anything insane.

Her brother said that I needed to "back off" -- when Erica was the one charging at me like the elephant she is -- so I told him to go f**k himself, too. It seemed about time to call it a day at that point, before either of them hurt themselves. My mom and I said our goodbyes to our friends, and got into my mom's car to leave. The windows were down, and I said to my mom, quietly, that I still thought that we should call the cops, over the television and other things Erica claimed were hers, just to see what they said.

Man b***s heard me, though, and yelled back that calling the cops wouldn't work, so we couldn't do anything about it. I gave both him and Erica the double-fingered salute. He and Erica yelled something nasty back at me and my mom, so I gave it to them again and shouted "CHILD ABUSER!!!"

Then they started yelling that they were going to throw the rest of my sister's and the kids' stuff away if we didn't get it by some certain time, which they are not even legally allowed to do. They don't own my sister's and the kids' things -- they don't even own the televsion and other things they said they did! -- just because Erica was (unfortunately) living with my sister when she passed away, and are not allowed to throw them away, just like that. Landlords are not even allowed to do that. The family has a right to claim a deceased relative's possessions, especially if they are not in dispute and they belonged to her kids!

My mom has to go back up there tomorrow morning, unfortunately, to get the rest of my sister's things because we did not have anyone with a vehicle big enough with us today, but I made sure that she will have several male friends going with her to help move the things, and to protect her. I cannot go back up there. Although kicking the s**t out of Whale Girl and Man b***s would be satisfying, they are certainly not worth getting arrested over.

I want to call DSS -- unlike Erica's friends, for a legitimate, non-psychotic reason -- and the police and have Erica arrested and charged with felony child abuse, but my mom does not want my nieces and nephews to have go through that, especially having to testify in court with Erica there, because she feels it would just further traumatize them. So, there really isn't much I can do, unfortunately, other than write this report, to expose Erica Chandler for the fat b*tch worthless wh*re nasty c*nt child abuser she is. Not that anyone would probably want to talk to her, anyway, but stay away from Erica Chandler, and keep your kids away from her, especially!!!
