Almost every house on our block has had its' roof replaced from several occurances of hail damage. The only ones that haven't; yes, you guessed it are clients of Erie Insurance. I believe their "independent" adjuster was merely looking out for the Company's interest, and certainly not the policyholder.
I appealed their decision, and it fell on deaf ears. I have a damaged roof and interior damage from water leakage, but they don't care. We have been policy holders for a long time, but client loyalty must not mean much to them. My advise to you is to avoid them altogether.
A disappointed policyholder.
