Erik Owen Leavell should be institutionalized for mental disorders and is considered a dangerous person. He molested my wife, Jane Grant. There are witnesses to confirm this. This has been reported to the proper authorities in Atlanta, GA. Phil A. Craig, our former in- house attorney, said that he is a very dangerous man and everyone should appease him. There are witnesses to the latter.
We believe that Erik Leavell is a former attorney, known as, Erik Owen Leavell (Fort Lauderdale) disbarred. “In June 2008, The Florida Bar was informed by a bank that Leavell's trust account had a negative balance of more than $18,000. The Bar served Leavell with a subpoena for bank account records, which he failed to produce.” We intend to confirm this with absolute facts shortly.
There are two police investigations over him in Atlanta for stealing company files from our office and home. He is also known to enter our home at 4700 Riverview Road, Atlanta GA with his partner, with no permission and stealing personal item.
Erik has said many times that if he goes out (whatever that means), he is going to take many people with him. There are witnesses to those remarks. Because of this, he has been reported to homeland security.
He believes himself to be the meanest man alive and has said this to a number of people in our office. He has also said “Look what I have done to Wal-Mart.” In discussing this with Wal-Mart, they had no comment.
I have only known Erik for 3 months. His basic salary the first month was approximately $25,000 a year. After the first month, he had a raise.
He was paid in full when he left the company even though he was out of office 25% of the time for a medical back problem. Erik wrote me letters after he left our company that my wife should divorce and rid herself of me. I spent 25 wonderful years of marriage with her. Jane now has an advanced form of Alzheimer Disease and does not recognize me or her children.
He was discharged because he was caught in the bathroom performing an indecent act. His partner who he lives with would bring him lunch; lay out a tablecloth in our office with food that he prepared and then his partner would wait in the conference room or downstairs until 5: 30pm so Erik could take him home. We could not tolerate this behavior.
Erik has been hired in one form or the other by Jimmy and Charlie Grant of Hartwell, GA and attorneys Ann Herrera, Michael Lambros, and Catherine Packwood of Atlanta, Georgia to give them confidential records that were taken out of my home and office. Erik signed a confidentiality agreement with our company.
Within a short time, we will commence litigation against Erik. After reading the court records in Atlanta, we believe that Erik has committed substantial perjury which has criminal implications. All of this will be revealed at the trial. I look forward to that day and litigation will began against Erik and others.
Enclosed is an order of disbarment of the attorney Erik Owen Leavell Florida Bar # 495311. We believe this to be him.
