After reading a listing for somebody to post ads online,I decided to check out this company. The ad said to email some woman,Erin, for information and details on what needed to be done;for some reason,my request went into the inbox of this guy,Jerry, who also works for the company in some capacity. For a week's work, they claimed they would pay people $100 - $675 (via Paypal or wire transfer) to post a series of ads on Craigslist and Backpage. To be considered for the position,a person had to first undergo a test. They sent a list of nine different ads and three lines of HTML. The test was to post three of these ads and the HTML codes to Craigslist and nine of the ads without the HTML to Backpage. Once the ads were posted and confirmation emails were sent, then you had to forward these to this woman,Erin. If you did this for two days, they would hire you on for the position. What they don't tell you is that it's illegal to post ads for optionseveryday.com on Backpage. I know because I had a bit of a snafu and asked Backpage support why my ads weren't posting. The support person told me the community had previously complained about Options Everyday links being spammed,so they were no longer allowed on the site. It stands to reason that if one can not post ads on Backpage, then one can not pass their stupid test. I went to the company Facebook page to mention this little tidbit and Jerry, whoever he is,got downright pissy with me,telling me not to talk about it on Facebook. So,long story short,I wasted a half hour today that I can never get back,I was lied to and disrespected out of hand. If you see these ads anywhere else on the internet, don't believe them. There's always a catch they're not going to tell you about. I also do not believe that had I been accepted I would have ever seen a penny of the money they talked about.

Regarding spamming

AUTHOR: Jerry - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, July 02, 2014

If you go to fiverr.com you can actually see gigs or offers of emplyment. People litterally sell a gig or an act of something they will do for you for $5.00. We found several ads from people telling you that if you pay THEM $5.00 THEY WILL GO TO BACKPAGE AND CRAIGSLIST and flag or report your ad for spam. competeitorss do this to each other.  Backpage helped us locate some of the folks that did that to us each one a competior. So instead of accusing us that we are spamming inform yourself better. Thank you
