We to have been taken by Espresso Italia Marketing Inc., Shadd Vickery and Patrick Albright! We bought machines, got some coffee, and placed more orders for machines. All was looking good, but we felt that there was something up! We were also used; they used us to recruit new distributors in Canada. All seemed FUNNY, but no one said anything!!!
Now, we have approximately 100 machines and we are owed over 20,000 servings of coffee! All distributors must ban together to get things resolved, no one can do it alone! Let's make the best of itIf you want to ban together, there is strength in numbers. Let's make it right!

Again to all of you, we have ALL felt the sting of Espresso Italia, Shadd Vickery, Patrick Albright, Richard Sciatchetano, Keith Wymann, Sally Gardner, Peter Preslund and of course all the singers they had to get us to buy in.
Please read all other reports and DUE YOUR DUE DILIGENCE and REPORT IT to the Agencies listed in other reports in here. With out the compliants we have nothing. Again the list is for those that cannot find the reports, (FTC, US Dept of Justice, Florida Attorney General, your local State Attorney General, Better Busines Bureau, National Business Opportunity Bureau, or even the Governor and or Representatives for your state or Florida. They do not want black marks on their records for not helping.
This has to eventually go somewhere. These agencies cannot all keep ignoring this especially if they have 100's of complaints on the same people and company. This is nation wide and includes Canada and Mexico as well.
DUE YOUR PART and REPORT IT TO THE AGENCIES ABOVE!!!

I agree that we need to work together to try to get some restitution. I am currently "owed" 25,000 capsules.
From what I have been able to understand we need to file suit and obtain a judgement against the individuals, Shawn and Patrick, rather than the company. While they probably have no attachable assets now, they may acquire assets in the future that can then be attached. Fraud generally transends the corporate shield.
Anyone who has knowledge about how this can be done should post a listing here.
It was stated by the editor of Rip-off Report on another report, that "A class action is very costly, if the company is Bankrupt, there is no money to go after, it would very unlikely a lawyer would take the case. . The only way to get money out of them is to get them criminally if it could be proven they had the intent to defraud everyone. That might be hard to prove depending on the company, the owners and the situation surrounding that particular rip-off perpetrated by those who run the company.."
