This company is full of organized con artists. They never provided the business opportunity they agreed to. They sent me 1 business lead that was the wrong phone number. They sent me another business lead that can't sell coffee and they still owe me 28 more business leads. They sent me coffed machines that are not fit for commercial usage and do not meet the sanitation standards in my state. They owe me 50 cases of coffee, marketing brochures and posters and never provided the business opportunity I paid for. I could never talk to them on the phone because the girl answering the phones would lie about their availability. They sold me coffee machines that are worth about $ 350.00 new and I paid $ 23,995.00 for machines and a business opportunity that never happened (price gauging). They delivered my machines 2 months late and gave me only half the coffe I was entitled to. I want to get together with all the other people that were truely ripped off and start a Class Action Law Suit against them.

For all of you that have been ripped off by espresso italia, file a complaint at www.ftc.gov and follow the links. Be specific, and avoid rude and foul language. Also, report your complaint to the Florida attorney general, and in each complaint you file, mention Shadd Vickery, Patrick Albright, Richard Scaccitano and the Sales rep who you had contact with. Just complaining will do no good, File a formal complaint with the above agencies. It'll take you about 10 to 15 minutes to complete.
