I signed a contract in January 2005 and got my machines in mid March. Just 2 weeks after I recieved my machines is when the bottom fell out on this for me and I guess everyone else. Prior to that was not to good either. I had terrible luck getting a hold of anyone or having any calls returned between the time I signed on and the time I got my equipment. I did recieve all my machines but only half of my coffee, supplies, and of course no locations.
I cannot believe that all the scum envolved with Espresso Italia continued signing people on when they knew what was happening. We need to make sure they get what they deserve.
And you can count me in on any action against these bums. I will also be writing to as many agencies as I am aware of in hopes that someone will take up our cause and help right this terrible wrong doing.
