on or about 1 April 2013, my realtor brought me to 230 N G Street Lake Worth, Fl 33460, a rental property where i was introduced to the listing agent Ezra Ezquivel, he promptly brought me through the property, and during our tour he spent a good deal of time telling me how this neighborhood was " up and coming" meaning it was a great place for my daughter and I to live and that we would enjoy many years of pleasure living in this neighborhood.  Ezra Esquivel, referred on many occasions’ to the owner of the property, as " The Owners"  Never disclosing the fact that he and his family were in fact the owners.  As a realtor it was his responsibility to inform me that this neighborhood was in fact not " up and coming".  As i found out after, from the Local Police, this was not a good neighborhood , not at all.  Being unfamiliar, I trusted him

I rented 230 N G StreetLake Worth, Fl 33460 on 15 April 2013 gave the requested move in money ($4350), which represented first month, last month and a month security. This was received by Ezra Ezquivel and promptly handed over to his father George Ezquivel. I spent hundreds of dollars to move in.  Within 30 days of living there, 228 N G StreetLake Worth, FL33460, was burglarized twice and 230 N G StreetLake Worth, Fl 33460 (caser number 13-074276) was burglarized once.  The police were notified immediately.  the break-in at 230 N G Street Lake Worth, Fl 33460 was on 15 May, 2013 during the day light hours while i was at work, Keep in mind 230 N G Street Lake Worth, Fl 33460, is just 200 yards from the police dept.  I informed the landlord and called the police upon my arrival at 230 N G StreetLake Worth, Fl 33460 aprox 5:30pm.  As I was working with the police to determine what was missing, George & Lilia Esquivel, had the nerve to ask if the rent was sent off. This should have been the tell of how things were going to turnout for me.

Having several lengthy discussions with the police officer that arrived on the scene and later with the detective working this case, that this neighborhood was not safe for me and that my demographic would more than likely be a target for future problems.  I furnished the police report, feel free to look up the officers name.  I have a 14 year old daughter and was very much concerned for her safety in this neighborhood. With the information furnished by the police and the 3 burglaries that occurred within a 3 day period, I was deeply concerned for the safety of my daughter and myself.  It would not be safe for me to stay here, if anything else happened to me or my daughter I would be devastated  I then informed the landlord that I would be moving as fast as possible, I tried to appeal to his Parental side and asked that he refund my deposits and allow me to move to a safer place.  At that moment he indicated he would.  I found a new place and moved within 2 weeks time, this putting a great financial and emotional burden on me and my family. I returned on 27 May, 2013 to detail and clean the property to the condition i received it, and it was at this time George and Ezra Ezquivel, started to tap dance about refunding my deposits.,  My gut told me this was going to happen and I still came back to clean up.

I tried to reason with him, stating that We were victims of a break in and now he was going to victimize us again, all he would say is "he needed to protect his investment"  I showed him a picture of my daughter and told him this was the only investment i cared about.  If you notice, I have not mentioned toe over $20,000.00 of my property that was stolen.  Personal safety, is the number on reason to vacate any contract.  I am posting this in hopes of saving others from renting from George Esquivel on any of his properties at 230 N G StreetLake Worth, Fl 33460 and 228 N G StreetLake Worth, FL33460, I will wait the 30 day period and attempt a remedy in court.
