ESURANCE SARAH AINSLIE "INSURANCE" Auto Car when i was hit by another driver they never repaired my car & around 15 days later they canceled my 6 month policy just 4 months in to it & with out any kind of notice! then say i owe them $ & they were paid for 6months of coverage up front & never returned the money for the 2 months they owe me or repaired car. when i call for some reason the calims person assigned to my case is never available! I paid for a 6 month policy in full and was cut off with out notice or reason on the 4th month. I was never told that my premium went up or given any kind of notice besides 1 email 10 days before they canceled the insurance on my car.

I had full coverage and under/non insured motorist protection and every option they offer. After being hit in a mall parking lot in Portland Oregon and reporting it to the claims department i got a prompt 1st responce and email but after that they never followed up and when i call the claims office nobody seems to be available for some reason! i emailed the lady that is responsible for my claim and she never emails back. it has been months and i want my car fixed and the 2 months of insurance cost that i paid for and never got back after they canceled me. Why have insurance that covers uninsured motorists or any insurance if when something happens even after paying close to $3000 for 6 (4 months really) months does not even fix the car! Its not like the car was completely smashed in or anything just the front bumper!

Around 10-15 days after i reported the accident to Esurance they Canceled my entire policy. Imagine that!


Please save your self the time, head ache, and $ and go with AIG or something.

AIG was great and prompt in handling my last car when i totaled it and they cover extra stuff like rims and accessories you put on your car. Esurance doesn't have that option.
