Ordered a bleutooth earpiece on 8/5/14 from this site and received an acknowledgement of payment and my credit card was billed. After not hearing from them about shipment I wrote them on 8/12/14 twice, and received no responce untill after the BBB contacted them about my BBB complaint. They generated a USPS mailing label on that day and I received the bluetooth on 8/18/14.
It was not in the original packaging and was in plastic bags (bulk packaging). The set paired right away but every one I called said it sounded distant, would fade in and out, and sounded tinny. Upon writing eSureBuy for an RMA # to return the device, their advice to me was to contack the OEM for Techinical support. After running through reset proceedures with the OEM for 30 minutes the device still did not work. I wrote back and insisted on an RMA #. They finally complied. Their policy is a 25% restocking fee.
Beware; the Original Equipment Manufacturer warns that when ever you see or receive a product that is repackaged it is a returned item and like my device could be damaged. No where on their site did I see "bulk packaging" leading you to believe the product is brand new. They later wrote in an email that "product is tested prior to shipping", which is a giveaway that it is not brand new.
