Etour And Travel scamming rippoff artists no compassion for hardships or surgery's Orlando Florida

etour called me before or trip to confirm our reservation. my wife was having health issues and needed to have surgery.

they told me no problem and that they understood and would contact us later to reschedule at a later date. i thought that this was great that they understood.

i was contacted today by them and they told me that my package would expire today unless i paid them more money and signed a new contract. the guy was very rude and ended up hanging up on me.

i called a different number and explained everything and asked for a refund. they said that the money had been spent and there was no way for a refund at all. i didnt want to spend more money on a trip for the future right before christmas.

i will never do business with them again nor will i recommend them to anyone. i will strongly urge no one to do business with them.
