I was contacted by Etourandtravel a few years ago about a vacation package they told me I had won. after listening to the representative I was told all I had to pay was 100 dollars. At the time my son was a toddler and I thought this would be a great time for us to vacation to Disney. Unaware that this company was nothing but a mere scam I schedule the vacation for early July of that year. at the time my son had major health issues with asthma. It was suggested by his doctor not to attend Florida during that time of year due too high humidity levels. I placed a call to Etourandtravel, in hopes of rescheduling the vacation for a later time that year. However the company refuse to accommodate the vacation and they also refused to refund my money. After several attempts of speaking with represetatives, who claimed to be managers, I got nowhere. They all fed me the same crap about no refunds. This is a bogus company. Since then, I have been constantly harassed by t.his company. It is now November 2012 and I constantly receive harassing phone calls from the rude representatives from this company. Every time they call me, I ask them please do not call me again. I do not wish to purchase a vacation package from you. I have been laughed at, cursed at, and hung up on by the idiots from this company. This needs to stop. I have never delt with such rude people. Something needs to be done. There are way too many complaints against them. I don't understand why they continue to harass me when I have told them seveal times, many times to stop calling me. I feel like the reps are doing this on purpose.
